I’m a size 18 – I did a plus-size H&M haul, the striped dress looked more like a bathrobe
A CURVY influencer shared her thoughts on H&M’s size inclusivity.
TikTok user Kate, who wears a size 18, tried on different looks from the brand.
For her first try-on, Kate modeled a black and white striped wrap dress, $25.
“I didn’t like, it was giving me bathrobe vibes. I probably should’ve sized down, it was just really weird,” she told viewers.
The TikToker also shared her thoughts on a $35 dark green satin dress.
She said: “Then this dress which I hated. The color was beautiful but that belt was just so weird, it was not flattering at all.”
Next, Kate tried on H&M’s short mint green dress with puffy sleeves.
“Ding ding ding, we had a winner. This cute little mint dress was total summer vibes. I’m going on vacation so I will be buying this and bringing it with me,” she explained.
Kate also showed her followers how a pair of size 18 jeans were “immediately way too tight.”
She explained: “[The jeans] didn’t even get over my foot or my calf.”
The influencer also modeled a black textured blazer with gold buttons.
“I really wanted to like this cardigan. It was okay but it just felt way too boxy. I feel like the collar should’ve been shaped more rounded to give it something,” Kate said.
