Swimmers in Fife took part in a second area squad day on Sunday 29th January at Cupar swimming pool. The day was targeted around performance and performance development swimmers and catered for swimmers from seven of the Region's clubs. David Haig again led the coaching effort supported by club coaches from Cupar, Step Rock, Burntisland, Glenrothes, Incas, Carnegie and Dunfermline and by land trainer James Waite and Lesley Murray who led an education session.
