Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford is aware of Tottenham Hotspur’s interest in him and is keen to make the move to north London, according to Football Insider.
Pickford has been at Everton since 2017, however, his current contract is set to expire in the summer of 2024 and he has yet to agree on fresh terms with the Merseysiders.
The 30-year-old is currently embroiled in a battle against relegation with the Toffees who parted company with Frank Lampard earlier this weekend and currently find themselves second from bottom in the Premier League table.
Tottenham’s current number one Hugo Lloris has had a difficult season where the French international has made a whole host of high-profile errors at club level which has seen his side drop out of the top four.
Spurs have already started making moves for a succession plan for Lloris which is likely to be addressed in the summer window (Telegraph).
It is said that Pickford is interested in joining Antonio Conte’s side or any other top Premier League club where he will be their number one.

Lloris’ time at Tottenham has to come to an end this summer. He is an analog keeper in a digital age where there is such a heavy reliance in a number one being comfortable with the ball at their feet in order to not only play out from the back, but to also create opportunities further forward which the likes of Liverpool and Manchester City are able to do.
