Inside Stacey Solomon’s last minute baby shower hosted in her kitchen — with flower wall, balloons and huge cake
STACEY Solomon has revealed her stunning last-minute baby shower in her Pickle Cottage home.
The Loose Women panelist, 33, is pregnant with her fifth child – and is due this month.
Stacey took to her Instagram page to give a glimpse of the very special celebration held in her kitchen at the lavish £1.2m Pickle Cottage pad she shares with husband Joe Swash.
She zoomed in on a gorgeous wall adorned with white roses, with a teddy bear in a mock hot air balloon swinging at the centre.
The cuddly toy was snug in a basket surrounded by peach-coloured balloons, while clear-coloured inflatables containing confetti could be seen close behind.
A vast buffet table could be seen crammed with fresh fruit, cheese and nibbles.
A separate table was adorned with sweeties in jars and a variety of desert toppings.
More white roses could be seen in vases on the table while gold baby bottles were disguised in flower baskets in a witty nod to her impending new arrival.
Further balloon displays were scattered around the room as well as one signature collection around a wooden board reading Stacey’s baby shower.
Despite Stacey’s joy at the celebration, she also admitted she felt a “bit silly.”
In her Instagram caption, she wrote: “So late Friday night my sister turned up with some of our closest friends and set up a little baby shower celebration in my kitchen.
“I didn’t think 1. we would get time for a celebration and 2. I felt a bit silly for having a baby shower.
“I don’t know why I felt like I had had too many already or something.”
Stacey managed to keep her pregnancy secret with a variety of savvy Instagram hacks.
