I am a World Cup time traveller – I have video of the final whistle at Netherlands v Argentina & it’s bad news for Messi
A SELF-proclaimed time traveller claims to have journeyed into the future and knows who will come out on top in tonight’s clash between Argentina and Netherlands.
Ludicrous time travellers have been trending on social media recently, claiming to know the future scores of World Cup matches.
TikTok user @truelyronaldo7 has jumped on that bandwagon and believes he knows who clinches victory in tonight’s knockout quarter-final.
In the video he claimed Netherlands will beat Argentina 2-1 once the full-time whistle is blown.
He even shared footage from the pitch that he claimed proved his physics-defying abilities.
It showed a sea of orange in the crowd cheering as their team moves into the semi-finals, supposedly.
And it finished with a defeated Lautaro Martínez, with his head down in disbelief that Argentina lost.
The barmy TikToker wrote: “A win for Netherlands.”
His followers were quick to respond, hoping the time travel experience was real.
“If they win I’ll get a huge buzz,” a follower said.

One, however, was more sceptical: “I don’t know man, 200 other time travellers told me something different.”

Sharing footage which they claimed was taken two weeks in the future, the TikToker claimed Argentina will triumph over Brazil.
Another ridiculously insisted that England and Portugal will face each other in the finals.
And this TikToker alleged that Brazil and France would actually be the ones competing for the trophy.
