Police on Saturday arrested a man for allegedly killing a 22-year-old daily wage worker and dumping his body in a drain in Surajpur on November 29. Police said the accused, a resident of Dadri, was fed up with the victim bullying his younger brother and not paying for any item purchased at his shop.
