I got some weird looks at the local shop but couldn’t figure out why – then I looked in the mirror and was mortified
A WOMAN was left mortified after realising just why she was getting weird looks at her local bakery.
She took to TikTok to reveal the hilarious situation, posting a video showing the bakery and writing: “I just went into that bakery and the lady was looking at me weird and I was wondering why, right?”
She then turned the camera on herself and showed her face – which was covered in streaks of unblended make-up.
“Look… I haven’t blended my make-up in!” she said.
She added in her video caption: “The shock. The horror. It was nice knowing you all.”
People were quick to comment on her mishap, with one writing: “It’s like me getting to work. In my slippers – love it!!”

“at least u stopped into the bakery nd didnt go straight to work,” another added.
“Oooh I CACKLED!!! She was prob trying to figure out if she should say something or if she missed a new trend,” a third commented.
“How could you forget?” another asked.
To which she responded in another video, explaining: “Basically, I was running late and I start work at 8.30 and I left home at 8.30.

“But I was starving. You don’t understand. I was so hungry.”
So she decided to do her make-up in the traffic on the way to the bakery, where she was going to grab something to eat.
“By the time I pulled into where the bakery is, I had put all the make-up on but I hadn’t blended it yet,” she said.
“And I had to go cos the light was green so I went – that means I stopped doing my make-up – and then I parked at the bakery.
“And when I got there, because of all the turning and everything, and the lights, I forgot I had my make-up still on.
“That’s when I went inside.”
