But one woman has revealed the secret beauty item she uses to keep them looking pristine.
Rumena shared a video on TikTok detailing how she keeps hers looking brand new with a clever cleaning hack.

The TikToker first showed her mucky white trainers and revealed she uses a small amount of nail polish remover to banish any stains.

She saturates a few cotton pads in the nail polish remover and wipes the trainers with it.
Within seconds the stains instantly came off leaving her all-white trainers looking brand new again.
In the short clip, Rumena used the acetone-free nail polish remover from Superdrug which costs £1.99 for 200ml.
That means it you use twenty doses it only costs around 10p per time you use it on your shoes
