MP Matt Hancock and Mike Tindall have battled it out to become the new I’m A Celebrity camp leader – with surprising results.
The two men received the most votes from the public to be the designated leader of the ITV jungle camp, and were forced to compete in a hilarious blindfolded challenge to win.

While Mike opted for Coronation Street star Sue Cleaver, Matt chose Loose Women’s Charlene White – despite their clash earlier this week.
Charlene, 42, told Matt: “Let’s do this. You couldn’t make leader of the Conservatives, but you’re leader of the camp.”
They then left camp for their head-to-head battle, which saw each team tasked with turning on a set of lights while blindfolded.

“The first team to turn on all their lights will become leader and deputy of camp,” Sue explained the rules to her campmates.
“Matt and Mike, you will be blindfolded and will have to rely on your chosen deputy to give you instructions from the deputies’ chairs.”
Fans were certain Mike and Sue would win, as he joked: “If I went home and I’d lost to Matt Hancock, I’d be in so much s**t.”
And they looked to be right at first – as Charlene misunderstood the challenge and began instructing Matt to turn the lights off.
She then muddled her left and right, before sending Matt wandering into the bushes – but despite the mishaps, it went well for the pair.
Matt and Charlene were crowned winners, as the politician said: “Obviously, it’s a great honour and privilege to be camp leader. I want to thank everybody who voted for me.”
Charlene asked: “Does this win feel sweet, especially after you lost to Boris? Do you feel like you have been vindicated?”
To which Matt replied: “This more than makes up for it.”
Fans at home were left shocked at the outcome of the leadership contest in camp, and took to Twitter to react to Matt’s win.
One wrote: “Matt is the leader, hilarious.”
A second added alongside a laughing emoji: “Not Matt now ruling camp. Who ever voted him for camp leader this is your fault.”
While a third chimed in: “Guys why have we let Matt become leader? Enough is enough.”
A fourth concluded: “Matt Hancock is Leader. WTF!”
It comes after we revealed how Matt was rushed to see a medic after he was stung by a venomous scorpion in the I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! camp.
The politician, who faced his fifth Bushtucker Trial tonight, was nipped on his finger by the creature.
Members of the ITV crew managed to find the scorpion and safely remove it from the camp before it made its way to the other celebrities, The Sun can reveal.

A TV insider said: “Matt was in agony and described how it was twice as painful as a bee sting. Luckily Matt is absolutely fine but it was still a nasty sting.”
“These scorpions are seen throughout the jungle and the celebrities have been warned to keep an eye out to avoid painful stings.”
