I’m a foodie and made the perfect cheesy snack in the Air Fryer with crumpets – here’s how

So why not combine the two for the perfect quick and easy snack?

That’s exactly what one foodie did and the results look mouth-wateringly good.

Sharing the recipe on the TikTok account @foodmadesimple the tear and share snack left viewers feeling peckish all of a sudden.

So, if you want to try it for yourself here’s everything you’ll need:

• Crumpets
• Grated mozzarella
• Garlic butter

The food fan stated by cutting into the crumpet, stopping just before the knife goes all the way through.

Slice horizontally and then vertically to form squares that will be easy to tear off and share.

Then add your garlic butter mixture – you can either make your own or buy a ready made one, just make sure to cover the crumpet in it for maximum flavour.

Then it’s time for the best part, loads of grated mozzarella cheese.

Pile on as much cheese as your heart desires before cooking in the Air Fryer until the cheese has melted and dig in!
