The Bremen International Masters returned last weekend with Luke Davies (Ealing JC; Jo Crowley) becoming the first British judoka to win the event in 20 years when he claimed gold in the Cadet category on the opening day.
Davies returned on day two to take the gold medal in the junior age group to join only four previous winners in history to have done the double.
Davies was joined on the cadet -73kg podium by England Judo teammate Ben Levy (Budokwai) who won bronze.
Lewis Fryer (Rush Judo; Laurie Rush) took bronze on day two in the junior -60kg category.
Also competing on the opening day was Jamie Death (Bredakwai) who finished 7th in the -81kg category.
