SHE may not have walked the runway at last night’s show for her Savage X Fenty lingerie range but Rihanna is busy with a BIG new plan.
I can reveal the Bajan hitmaker is deep in talks to headline Glastonbury next summer.
Her team have been talking to organisers Emily Eavis and dad Michael and she is keen to take to the stage at Somerset’s Worthy Farm as part of her comeback next year.
A source said: “Rihanna has been approached about Glastonbury and next year’s festival would be just the right timing for her.
“She is a huge name for Worthy Farm and would be the perfect addition to the line-up.
“Everything about Rihanna’s music comeback is being closely guarded but her team has been talking with the Eavis family.”

Diamonds singer Rihanna is already confirmed to headline the SuperBowl in the US in February and a slot on Glasto’s showpiece Pyramid stage in June would further confirm her status of global superstar.
Talking previously about the possibility, Rihanna said: “I’d love to play Glastonbury.
“I have heard so many things about what happens there.
“I love rock music. I love Kings of Leon and The Prodigy. I like the more traditional rock bands, too: Aerosmith and Bon Jovi.
“I could rock the stage at Glastonbury, no question.”
If the ongoing talks are successful, Rihanna will join Arctic Monkeys on the bill for Glasto’s fun and games.
I previously told how the Sheffield-based band fronted by Alex Turner have signed up to headline the festival.
Rihanna’s pal and former collaborator Eminem is also in talks for a headline show.
RIHANNA wowed fans with her latest Savage Fenty catwalk show this week – enlisting the help of some of her A-list pals.
Models Cara Delevingne, Irina Shayk and Lara Stone joined Joan Smalls, Aylah Williams and Lilly Singh to show off the racy collection.
Rocking an alien-like hairstyle, Cara stripped to metallic lingerie, while Irina flaunted her trim frame in a bodice and sheer skirt combo.
Despite releasing her comeback single Lift Me Up last week, Rihanna left the music to Brazilian singer Anitta.
The rising star has collaborated with Rita Ora and Madonna before.
Now with RiRi in her corner, I’m sure her profile will only keep rising.
SELENA Gomez has bravely opened up in a new TV documentary about her battle with depression as well as autoimmune disease lupus.
In Apple TV+ special Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me, out tomorrow, Selena’s former assistant Theresa reveals how the US singer admitted her despair to close friends after a mental breakdown in 2016.
Theresa recalled: “She said she didn’t want to live. It was one of the moments when you looked in her eyes and there was nothing – it was so black. It was so scary.”
Selena admits she found it impossible to cope with the end of her relationship with Justin Bieber, on top her lupus – which causes joint and muscle pain, as well as tiredness.
She said: “Everything was so public. I felt haunted by a past relationship no one wanted to let go of.
“I didn’t want to go to a mental health hospital at first but didn’t want to be trapped in myself and my mind any more.
“I thought my life was over.
“But then I just moved past it and wasn’t afraid any more.”
In scenes recorded in 2019 for the doc, Selena said: “I don’t want to be super-famous and all that stuff but I know if I am here I have to use that for good, but I feel stuck and I just want to move forward.”
She adds in 2020 of her journey to recovery: “I had to relearn things that fell out of my mind.
“I had to be like, ‘Hey, you are not a bad person. You are not a gross person. You’re not crazy. You are not any of this, but you have to deal . . .
“It’s a lot but this is the reality and I found having a relationship with bipolar and myself, it’s going to be there, I am just making it my friend for now.”
HE is one of the biggest stars but now Stormzy is turning his hand to business.
He has launched Merky FC – an initiative to help enhance and protect diverse representation in the football industry after learning just 6.7 per cent of senior roles in the game are held by black or mixed heritage people.
Alongside Adidas, Stormzy has teamed up with big brands including Sky Sports to push for change.
He said: “The statistics are shocking. Even growing up we didn’t see any black managers, black people on our screens . . .
“When you can’t see it, it’s not always easy to believe it.”
DAVID Baddiel has told how he re-recorded his 1996 Three Lions anthem in time for Christmas.
Confirming my exclusive tale, the comedian, inset, said on Radio X he’d also filmed a new video for the song.
Speaking to Toby Tarrant, David explained: “Ian Broudie of The Lightning Seeds came to me and Frank Skinner and said: ‘The World Cup’s in December – shall we do it, redone with lots of sleigh bells and kids choirs and that?’
“And me and Frank said: ‘Let’s rewrite it with some Christmassy lyrics and some comedy’.
“And also we thought we’d write about the Lionesses winning, so update it a bit.
“We filmed the video the other day, I don’t want to give too much away.”
I cannot wait to hear this.
GARY Barlow has made an early start on Take That’s much-awaited ninth studio album, with Mark Owen and Howard Donald.
He told Zoe Ball on Radio 2: “We’ve started a little bit of writing but we’re not due to officially start until the new year.
“Hopefully [there’ll be an album out] next year, but we’ve got to write some hits!”
It will be Take That’s first album since 2017’s Wonderland, which peaked at No. 2.
An insider tells me: “Gary will fly to LA early next year to write and record the album.
“There are no plans in terms of a direction or sound but once they all get in the studio together, things fall into place.”
POP star Mimi Webb has thanked her fans for their support after she was rushed to hospital on Sunday night.
In a lengthy message yesterday, Mimi said: “I have been through a really tough time lately.
“A lot of work combined stress with tough personal moments and it took a massive toll on my body, physically and mentally.
“I ended up going into hospital as my heart rate shot up to 150 beats per minute due to a severe panic attack. It was so scary.”
