PROSPECTIVE property owners could buy an entire row of houses in a UK city for the same price as a London family home.
Numbers one to 10 on Church Road in Erdington, Birmingham, have been listed for sale on real estate website Zoopla.
All 10 houses together cost £1.6million[/caption] The row is a set of 315sqft Almshouses[/caption]The starting price is listed for the 10 individual 315sqft Almshouses as £1,600,000.
Each individual property boasts a canopy porch, living and bed-sitting room, kitchen and shower room.
They sit close to the A38 four miles northeast of Central Birmingham with London approximately 117 miles to the southeast.
The advert reads: “The development comprises 10 individual Almshouses set within communal gardens erected [around] 1930.

“The surrounding properties are predominately residential.”
The average UK house price has steam-rolled up in value since 2021, according to government statistics.
Analysis of information from the Office of National Statistics and Gov.uk found that average property prices shot up by 16 percent in Wales and Scotland and by almost 12 percent in England.
Data shows a detached home in London sits around an asking price of £1,069,981 on average, as of March 2022.
When adding in extra bedrooms and a bit of space for the kids, that number can climb to extraordinary heights.
The difference between what you can buy in the capital for £1million compared to what you can get elsewhere can be shocking.
For example, you could buy an 11-bed country house in Rothes, Scotland, for £1.1million, or a one-bed flat in Kensington.
But the house comes with extra charges on top of the £1.1million price tag, with ground rent costing £600 a year, plus a service charge, although owners will have access to the development’s swimming pool and private cinema.
