A HERO school security guard saved a teen from further injury after the lad was stabbed with a 16-inch machete.
Shocking video footage shows the horrific assault as youngsters left school for the day.
It shows a gang of around nine boys chasing another before beating him to the ground.
One then pulls out a machete and slashes at the boy’s legs while others kick and punch him.
The brave security guard then runs into the melee to break up the fight before the gang runs off.
A witness said: “If he hadn’t jumped in so quickly, God knows what would have happened.

“It could easily have been a tragedy.”
The victim suffered a stab wound to the leg.
Two others caught in the chaos outside West Walsall E-ACT Academy, in the West Midlands, got head injuries.
Anti-knife campaigner Lynne Baird, 65, whose son Daniel, 26, was stabbed to death in 2017, said: “Knife violence seems to be spiralling out of control and the authorities need to get a grip on it before it’s too late.”
The school said of the October 3 incident: “We are in close contact with the police to support them on their investigation.”
