I tried the same leather pants as my 50-something mom & teen sister – people say we all looked amazing
TWO daughters and a mother have tried on the same clothing pieces and styled them in different fun ways, revealing age is no barrier to sharing fashion.
The trio opted to style a pair of leather joggers. Each fashionable look showed just how versatile one piece could be.
People were split on whose outfit was the best.
The TikTok account O Sister O Sister includes Marlo – who’s in her 20s – and her fashion accomplices: Ingrid – who’s a teenager – and their 50-something-year-old mother.
“Today we’re styling these leather joggers three ways,” Marlo said in the video, sharing that they each styled their own looks.
She held up a pair of black shiny leather joggers with an elastic waistband and matching ankle cuffs.

First, Ingrid showed off her chic outfit.
“I styled the leather joggers with an all-black look. I have on this really tiny Ralph Lauren jacket and these black booties,” she shared.
Her quilted tracksuit-like fitted jacket complimented the pants. And her sock-like booties completed the simple skin-tight look.
It was Marlo’s turn next and she amped up the color, opting for blue statement pieces.

“I paired the leather joggers with this Alexander Wang little bralette, this Ford racing jacket, lots of … jewelry, and these skinny booty heels,” she explained.
Her sport’s bra had a metallic blue finish that complimented the oversized blue, white, and black jacket.
She balanced out her bare chest and stomach by accessorizing with layers of necklaces for a mix of feminine and sporty style.
Like Ingrid, Marlo also opted for a similar pair of sock-like black booties.
Then their mother went for the most dressed-up and maximalist look of the three.
“I decided to put on this highlighter yellow [blouse],” she said.
“I love neons with pastels, so I put on this pastel faux fur, the leather joggers, high heel pointy booties, and a little YSL bag,” she added.
The yellow button-down top popped under the furry coat, which juxtaposed the shiny pants.
She accessorized with a pair of bold Tortoise shell sunglasses, a matching Yves Saint Laurent handbag, and the same exact boots that Marlo wore.
People sounded off in the comments, sharing which look they liked the best and it seemed to be split across the board.

Someone confirmed the trio’s goal to show how differently staple pieces can be styled, especially across age groups.
