The Dow Jones Industrial Average is headed for another big rally, with all 30 components trading higher in the premarket. The biggest gainers ahead of the open were shares of Goldman Sachs Group Inc. , which climbed 2.9% after reported better-than-expected third-quarter results, and of Salesforce Inc. , which also rallied 2.9%. The most active Dow stock was Apple Inc.'s , which rose 1.7%, while the worst performer was Merck & Co. Inc.'s stock , which tacked on 0.5%. Dow futures surged 479 points, or 1.6%, after the Dow ran up 551 points on Monday with 29 of 30 components gaining ground.
