I’m midsize and went on the hunt for the perfect pair of boots for wide calf girls – ASOS had the answer
TRYING to find a pair of knee-high boots that actually look good and feel comfortable can be a challenge.
Often you can’t get them done up or they slowly roll down your leg once you start walking around.
And midsize fashion whiz, Kristina knows the problem all too well.
So she decided to go on the hunt to find the perfect pair of boots for girls with wide calves and found the answer to her problems.
Kristina posted a try-on haul on her TikTok account, Stylish Mum Journal, and there was one pair that was a clear winner.
She said: “This TikTok, is for big calf ladies.”
The fashion whizz added it can be hard to find knee-high boots that fit her 18cm calves but decided to try two pairs she found on Asos.

The first pair was a pair of chunky black knee-high boots in a wellington material.
Although Kristina managed to get the boot on, she wasn’t impressed by how tight they were.
But she was thrilled with the next pair she tried on called the London Rebel Wide Fit knee-high sock boots.
Kristina bought the boots in a beige, leather style and the boots had a half zip to help get them on.

The fashion whizz was instantly impressed with the boots, saying: “Love it,” to the camera.
“These are literally perfect and they feel so comfortable,” she added.
The boots are no longer available in beige on ASOS but they do have them in black and they’re currently on sale for £38.
And it seemed Kristiina wasn’t the only person impressed by the pair of boots as viewers asked her to share the details.
One wrote: “The second pair looks stunning!”
