Millions of pensioners say they want to do their banking face-to-face in a local branch. Three-quarters of customers aged 65-plus - around 7.86m people - specifically want to accomplish certain tasks in person. Half of them want to make a deposit in person while 38 percent want to be able to withdraw cash.
