Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #1067 Florence Y. Pan, of the District of Columbia, to be United States Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit.
At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture the Pan nomination.
Cloture has been filed on the following:
- Executive Calendar #1067 Florence Y. Pan, of the District of Columbia, to be United States Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit.
- Resolution of ratification with respect to Calendar #2 Treaty document 117-1 Amendment to Montreal Protocol ("Kigali Amendment").
The filing deadline for first degree amendments to the resolution of ratification with respect to the Kigali Treaty is 4:00pm on Monday September 19th.
