Mystery as ‘beautiful’ mum-of-three, 38, is found dead at home by her husband
A ‘BEAUTIFUL’ mum-of-three was tragically found dead at home by her husband, an inquest has heard.
Mystery still shrouds the death of Laura Crabtree, 38, after she was discovered by her spouse Melvin at their property in Derbyshire.
Seven months on, the circumstances surrounding her untimely passing on February 10 this year remain unclear.
A probe into the death of Laura, who was described by pals as an “earth angel”, is now underway at Chesterfield Coroner’s Court.
It was reported to the Coroner’s office by Derbyshire Police.
Assistant Coroner Miss Susan Evans told the hearing a number of substances were found in the mum’s system, DerbyshireLive reports.

This included powerful painkiller morphine and prescription drugs typically used to treat anxiety and serious depression.
Her body was formally identified by her husband Melvin, who discovered her lifeless in their family home in Chaddesden.
The 38-year-old’s death had been described as a multidrug toxicity death following initial investigations.
But Miss Evans insisted further reports were required before a full inquest could go ahead to help piece together her final hours.

She adjourned the inquest until November 22 in hopes of procuring more details regarding the circumstances of Laura’s sudden death.
Friends and family paid tribute to the “beautiful” mum in an online condolence book launched by pals.
One wrote: “You made a beautiful family without really knowing it.
“That’s what is called an earth angel, I know you will be looking out for them always.”
Another added: “Absolutely heartbroken Laura.
“You were my rock through some really hard times and I’ll never forget all the laughs we’ve had.

Laura is survived by her three children and her husband Melvin.
