I’m plus size & had never shopped at New Look before – I thought I’d give it a go and their crop tops are a game changer
IT wasn’t the first place she thought of when it comes to shopping for plus size clothes.
But Elly decided to give New Look a try, and documented her haul and subsequent try on session on her TikTok page.
“In all these years I’ve done my hauls – two – I haven’t done New Look before,” she began.
“I’ve got a real mixture of stuff.
“I don’t shop on New Look so I was kind of like, I don’t know where to go, I was chucked into a new world of things.
“So I’ve picked a few bits and we’ll see how we get on. This could be the new shop, guys!”

Elly then tried on a black seamless crop top, as she admitted she’s a “sucker” for the sports bra style undergarment.
She wasn’t sure they were going to fit when she held them against her, as they looked so small, but found they stretched loads when she put them on.
“The material is gorgeous,” she raved.
“Oh my God. You could almost wear this as a top.

“There isn’t any support in it at all, zero, but my boobs do feel supported.”
Elly added that she gets hundreds of messages about which crop tops she rates, and that the New Look one is a “definite contender”.
“I’m not really feeling it rolling either – which a lot of them do do,” she said.
“So the fact that this isn’t actually doing that, it’s definitely a strong contender.
“I’m really impressed, I think I’m going to keep these.
“I’m very, very, very impressed.”
The pack Elly picked up comes with a black and nude version of the non-wired bras for £20.
“I’ve just started wearing sports bra and I’m a size 20 but I’ve never worn any before and now I’m walking about like wow the comfort is unreal,” one person wrote in the comments section.
To which Elly replied: “Game changer.”
