I’m 48 and he’s 51. He moved out three months ago and we agreed to divorce.
But now he is trying to take me to the cleaners, despite putting very little financially or otherwise into our relationship.
When we bought our semi-detached house, I put in £150,000 from the sale of my home and he put in £15,000.
But he also came with £10,000 of debts, which I helped him pay off.
He also rarely paid his portion of the bills or mortgage.

Thankfully I did have a Deed Of Trust drawn up. But he has said his solicitor thinks it isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.
I’m terrified I’m going to end up with nothing.
