Due to certain patent disputes over 5G technologies that they use in their devices, Oppo and OnePlus were supposed to sign licensing deals with Nokia, the company that owns multiple patents in 5G technology in Europe. Unfortunately, the Chinese smartphone makers were unable to sign a deal.
