TWO goals from skipper Tom McCready helped the Seagulls wrap up their pre-season games with an excellent 3-1 win over Welsh Premier Flint Town United.
It was an impressive display by Steve Evans’ squad ahead of next week’s opening League fixture at Llandudno, with McCready also having a goal disallowed for offside to deny him a hat-trick.
In the first half Dylan Allshorn fired wide after an excellent run and also had a deflected shot tipped over the bar as well as a low shot saved by the keeper.
McCready then curled a shot past the post before slamming home Joe Williams’ cutback to give Bay the lead at half-time.
A Fine curling effort from Allshorn doubled the lead following an excellent run from Alex Downes, and McCready made it 3-0 with a tap in from a shot corner before Flint pulled a goal back late on.
