Which Ring video doorbell should you buy in 2022?

The Ring Wired Video Doorbell is the cheapest option the company offers; it normally retails for $65. This doorbell, which comes with 1080p resolution, night vision, motion alerts, and two-way communication, is specifically designed to use the power wiring from your existing doorbell if that's something you have. 

This makes it a better value than the more expensive standard Ring Video Doorbell or Ring Video Doorbell 4, which come with rechargeable batteries in addition to the option to hard-wire it to your house.

Are smart doorbell cameras worth it?

We've found smart video doorbells to be invaluable. The ability to see what's going on outside our front doors when someone rings our doorbells or when it detects movement outside is priceless. 

It's been especially reassuring while we're away from our houses. We've been able to check in to our homes' primary point of entry from anywhere at any time, even overseas, as long as we have an internet connection.
