Yesterday US Sec'y of State Antony Blinken speaking in Thailand said, "It's Russia challenging the rules based order. The existing rules are based on basic understandings, respect for sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity for human rights. What Blinken forgot to mention it's the US that's been the country above all others that disregards respect for sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity for human rights.
