IT’S not possible to totally stop the aging process, but there are ways to slow it down.
One woman claims she hasn’t aged in a decade — and it has nothing to do with skincare products.
One of Isabelle’s suggestions is to get eight to nine hours of sleep per night[/caption]TikToker and beauty guru Isabelle Lux posted a video revealing some anti-aging tips to follow.
She says: “I am 30 years old, but I really haven’t aged since I was about 21 or 22 years old.
“I figured I could make a series about what I think I’ve done that has maybe contributed to that.”
Isabelle’s first tip is to get between eight and nine hours of sleep per night.

“It seems like a lot, but it’s so important for all your cells to really rejuvenate overnight,” she explains.
Between 11 pm and midnight, the process of skin renewal and repair is at its height.
Her second tip is to fall asleep on your back instead of your stomach or sides.
Isabelle says: “I started sleeping like a vampire. It’s still a struggle every single night but I force myself on my back.”
According to her, sleeping on your back will help prevent wrinkles on the sides of your face near your eyes.
Her next tip is to drink tons of water and cook all of your own food.
