Sofia went colorful in a bright yellow dress paired with sky-high heels as her friends helped escort her back to her waiting ride.
Joining Sofia for her birthday dinner was her son Manolo Gonzalez Vergara, 30, who was seen carrying a giant pink poster of Sofia as he left the restaurant.
Earlier that day, Sofia took to Instagram to share a sweet selfie with husband Joe Manganiello as they enjoyed a picnic at a park.
