Susanna Reid ‘takes a swipe’ at missing Richard Madeley on GMB as she admits she’s ‘trying out different’ partners
SUSANNA Reid seemed to take a swipe at Richard Madeley on Good Morning Britain today when she admitted she has been “trying out different” presenting partners.
It comes as rumours have begun to circulate regarding a feud between Susanna, 51, and Richard, 66.
Susanna made the comment when the conversation turned to the latest developments in reality show Love Island – and the boys cosying up to a new crop of Casa Amor girls.
Susanna looked unimpressed at their lack of loyalty when Ben made a potentially revealing comment about her feelings towards Richard.
He said: “Well you’ve been trying out different men week in, week out for months.
“Don’t pretend you’re no different!”

The studio erupted into laughter, and Susanna replied: “Bang to rights. Sorry.”
Richard has been missing from the ITV breakfast show this week.
Adil Ray replaced the TV veteran on Monday’s show, and Ed Balls stepped in on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Viewers have claimed to have spotted underlying tension between Susanna and Richard for months.
And on Monday, they took to Twitter again to speculate Richard’s absence confirmed a feud.

The pair’s alleged feud escalated during coverage of the Oscars back in March.
Richard and Susanna clashed as they discussed the shocking moment Will Smith slapped Chris Rock on stage.

Susanna was horrified by the incident and said there was no justification for what Will did.
But Richard argued it was an “understandable” reaction in the heat of the moment.
The broadcasting duo often disagree on issues being debated, with neither shy in voicing their opinion.
TV legend Richard recently admitted he’s on a short contract with the breakfast show.
