My friends freaked over how I delivered my wedding invitations but I loved the chaos

However, TikTok user Sometimes Sierra and her fiancée decided to take a different approach to announcing their upcoming nuptials.
Sierra took to TikTok to explain the unique way she revealed her engagement to her friends.
“For the past two years, I have avoided talking about my relationship with my friends just so I could see their reactions when they opened their mailboxes and found an invitation to my wedding,” she explained in her video.
Sierra posted a follow-up video in which she gave more context to viewers about her engagement.
“Since we were together since we were wee tots, most of these people are both of our friends,” Sierra explained.
She also posted a third video in which she showed her friends shocked reactions to receiving their invitations.
One of Sierra’s friends jokingly called her a “b***h” after finding out the big news.
She went on to say: “I’m so excited. Yeah, I’ll be there.”
One of Sierra’s other friends texted her after seeing her original video and asked if it was a joke.

TikTok users have been debating the unique announcement in the comments section of each of Sierra’s videos.
One user said: “I would feel so sad if my close friend did this? I’d feel like they cut me out of a huge part of their life and didn’t like me.”
