Several outlets reported that Paul Pelosi was arrested on two misdemeanor charges for driving under the influence in Napa County, California.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi's husband, Paul Pelosi, was arrested around midnight Saturday for driving under the influence of alcohol, California Highway Patrol confirmed to Insider.
Paul Pelosi, who married the House Speaker in 1963, reportedly had a blood-alcohol level above 0.08% when he was arrested in Napa County, California, TMZ reported. California Highway Patrol confirmed Mr. Pelosi was arrested for driving under the influence, following a no-injury car crash involving another driver.
The Daily Mail intially reported that Pelosi was arrested by California Highway Patrol at 11:44 pm Saturday night and then booked at Napa County Jail on two misdemeanor charges at 4:13 am Sunday morning. His bail was set for $5,000, TMZ reported.
House Speaker Pelosi's office released a statement following the incident, which she was not present for, saying: "the Speaker will not be commenting on this private matter which occurred while she was on the East Coast."
Speaker Pelosi and her husband own a vineyard in Napa Valley. In 2015, the LA Times reported that the vineyard made her the fourth-richest person in California.
