F1 star George Russell heads to NBA game with stunning girlfriend as Mercedes driver prepares for Miami Grand Prix
FORMULA ONE star George Russell relaxed at an NBA game in Miami on Monday night ahead of this weekend’s Grand Prix in the Florida city.
The Mercedes driver took in the action alongside stunning girlfriend Carmen Montero Mundt.
With the F1 action at Miami’s International Autodrome doesn’t get underway until this weekend, Russell had plenty of time to kick back and relax.
And he was courtside to watch the Miami Heat’s 106-92 Eastern conference semi-final win over the Philadelphia 76ers.
The 24-year-old made it onto the Jumbotron at the FTX Arena during the basketball clash and posed for the camera.
Posting the footage to his Instagram account, Russell threw up a peace sign and grinned after partner Carmen pointed out that he was on the big screen.

The stadium announcer can be heard calling out Russell’s name during a break in play during the fourth quarter, with the crowd cheering on the Mercedes driver after seeing him.
Russell captioned the video: “Turning up the heat,” after showing his support for the local team alongside his gorgeous partner.
The F1 star and Carmen have reportedly been together since 2020, with the beauty believed to work at a London investment firm.
The happy couple were snapped together earlier this year holidaying in the Caribbean before the start of the F1 season.

While Russell’s Mercedes team-mate Lewis Hamilton has endured a shocking start to the F1 season, the Brit has fared better during his debut campaign with the team.
Russell has not finished lower than fifth in the four races already completed in the 2022 F1 calendar, and is currently fourth in the Driver Standings.
But he has tipped team-mate Hamilton to come back stronger -despite the seven-time world champ currently trailing Russell by 21 points in the standings.
