STEVEN Bergwijn has hinted he could be heading for the exit door at Tottenham – and a potential move to Ajax.
The Spurs winger has opened up on his lack of game time at the club as he continues to struggle to get minutes under Antonio Conte.
Bergwijn featured frequently under former manager Nuno Espirito Santo[/caption]The January loan signing of Dejan Kulusevski has seen his first-team chances even more limited.
Now the 24-year-old has told Dutch media AD about his frustrations.
He said: “A starting spot here? I don’t think so to be honest.
“It’s a complicated story for me. I don’t play much.

“Ajax could be an option for me, a return to The Netherlands could be an option for me. The World Cup is coming.”
Bergwijn has started just one Premier League game since Conte replaced the sacked Nuno Espirito Santo.
The Dutchman had started the first three Premier League games this season under former boss Nuno.
A lack of game time could endanger his position on the Netherlands national team, with the World Cup kicking off in November.
