During his 62 years on the long-running soap, Ken has been married four times, had four kids, numerous flings, been to prison and even been at the centre of a whodunnit.
And while life hasn’t been quite as dramatic for the man who plays him, those tuning in to tonight’s Happy Birthday Bill have been left stunned by his age.
Alongside an emoji of a shocked face, one person penned: “I cannot believe Bill Roache is turning 90! He looks incredible for age.”

Echoing their comments, someone else said: “Imagine turning 90 and looking like Bill Roache. That man is a national treasure.”
While a third added: “Blimey. What I would do to look like Bill when I’m his age. Fair play.”
The veteran actor appeared on Loose Women back in 2018, then 86, and viewers all asked the same question about his age then, too.
Taking their compliments on board, Will detailed the ins and outs behind his book called Life and Soul, which delves into his secrets to feeling young at heart.
He added on the show that it is important to find “balance”, and even embracing “a little bit of what’s bad for you”.
He explained: “It is about moderation and balance. I often say a little bit of what’s bad for you, is good for you – because the body needs to build up its immune system.
“But we all know what’s good for us, and we all know what’s bad for us.
“If you had a day eating all the bad things, just compensate a bit the next day. I think the key thing is that you enjoy yourself.”
