The 2022 NBA play-in tournament began on April 12 and runs through April 15. As of April 13, six teams remain in the tournament, all competing for the final spots in this year's NBA playoffs.
NBA play-in tournament games are spread across TNT and ESPN. If you don't have cable, you can access those channels through live TV streaming services like Sling TV, YouTube TV, and Hulu + Live TV.

On April 12, the Brooklyn Nets and Minnesota Timberwolves secured the seventh seed in the Eastern and Western Conference, respectively. The Hornets, Hawks, Spurs, Pelicans, Cavaliers, and Clippers are still in contention for the eighth seed in their respective conferences.

You can watch the NBA play-in tournament on ESPN and TNT. If you already have a pay-TV provider with access to those channels, you can stream each station's NBA content via their respective apps.

NBA League Pass will let you watch replays of play-in tournament games three hours after they air live and gives you access to a huge library of classic NBA games. League Pass costs $15 a month, so it's an affordable option if you don't plan to watch the play-in games live.
The play-in tournament features four teams from each conference competing for the final seeds in the playoffs. The higher ranked teams had the opportunity to claim their playoff positioning first. The seventh-ranked teams faced the eighth-ranked teams on April 12.
The Brooklyn Nets beat the Cavaliers, while the Minnesota Timberwolves beat the Clippers. Both winning teams earned the seventh playoff seed in their respective conferences.
On April 13, the teams ranked ninth and 10th in each conference will play, with the losers being eliminated from playoff contention. On April 15, the winners of the Eastern Conference match will go up against the Cavaliers, while the winners of the Western Conference game will face the Clippers. The teams that win each game will then earn the final playoff seed.
