How many episodes of Deadline are there?
DEADLINE on Channel 5 follows a widow accused of murdering her late husband and is therefore branded as the ‘Killer Socialite’ by the press.

How many episodes of Deadline are there?
The Channel 5 mini-series Deadline will be made up of four episodes in total.
Fans will not have to wait long till the next episode as each instalment will be over four consecutive nights.
Each episode will air at the same time until the series reaches its conclusion on Friday, April 8, 2022.

Who stars in Deadline?
Leading the cast is James D’Arcy as the investigative journalist.
He is best known for his role as Edwin Jarvis in marvel show Agent Carter.
Speaking about his character for the series, he said: “I was sent the script, and immediately was struck by this flawed character who had, as it turned out, made a colossal mistake. Obviously, we don’t know that on page one, but I really loved the way that James had been written.
“He’s a man in the doldrums of his career who is intrigued by this case — a very beautiful woman accused of murder. He gets an interview with her, and when they see each other initially, there’s something between them he can’t put his finger on.
“As they spend more time together, it becomes murkier and murkier, and we’re led into a sort of Hitchcockian thriller, where the story is constantly not quite what you thought it was….”

Natalie, the suspected murderer is played by Peaky Blinders actress Charlie Murphy.
Actress Indra Ové will play James’ boss and former lover Barbara Curtis.
Mrs Molnar will be played by Romanian actress Anamaria Marinca.
Whilst Brain Caspe, known for Jojo Rabbit will play the strange Toth.
When is Deadline on Channel 5?
Deadline kicks off on Channel 5 TONIGHT on April 5, at 9pm.
It will also be available to stream on My 5 from 9pm until 10pm the same day.
The series will run from April 5, to April 8 at the same time.
