Morgan Curzon was named the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) Defensive Player of the Week the conference office announced on Monday. Curzon was awarded for her performances from March 28 to April 3.
She scored four goals and added one assist in both of St. Ambrose's wins during the week. Against DIII Augustana on March 29th, she caused a game-high four turnovers and collected five ground balls. Curzon won three draw controls against St. Mary on April 3rd to go along with her offensive stats.
Curzon leads the team in ground balls with 35 and caused turnovers with 20. She is second on the team in goals (24) and points (31).
