DEAR DEIDRE: MY bipolar sister calls me every five minutes with her latest conspiracy theories and it drives me bonkers.
I’m a 58-year-old man and my sister is 63. Her husband died last year and she gets very lonely.

She goes to drop-in centres during the week but at the weekend she’s a nightmare.
She constantly calls me and wants to talk for hours.
We often end up arguing because she comes out with the latest outlandish theory she’s read on Facebook.
I feel guilty if I don’t answer every call because I’m all she has left.
But it’s such a nuisance. It’s even causing tension with my wife.
Last weekend we went to the theatre but I had to leave the performance to answer my sister’s calls.
