The TV personality's daughter Gabrielle shared the news of her emergency surgery with fans on social media. Gia accompanied her post with a photo of a masked Teresa lying on a hospital bed. She described her mom as a trooper in the post's caption and wished her a quick recovery. Teresa's representative later revealed that she was resting and looking forward to a fast recovery. The rep added that the reality star was thankful for the well-wishes. Teresa's friend, Dolores Catania, recently revealed she was not feeling well and was in a lot of pain after her surgery. Dolores' statement led to more doubts about Teresa's appearance at the reunion.
However, those doubts have been quashed following Gia's recent Instagram post. This week, Gia revealed via her Instagram Story that her mother would be present for the upcoming reunion alongside other co-stars. She noted that Teresa's health has improved enough for her to return to the Bravo series. However, fans will get a limited version of her this time as she is not healthy enough to raise her voice at anyone. Gia explained that shouting may hurt her mother's stomach as she is still healing. She also pleaded with everyone to go easy on her mom on the reunion day.
Although Gia's pleas may appeal to RHONJ stars and fans, Teresa herself may find it challenging to follow health rules as she spent the season firing back at anyone who tried interfering in her relationship with Luis "Louie" Ruelas. Before Teresa's emergency surgery, she was occupied with planning her upcoming wedding with her fiancé, Luis. In the meantime, she has yet to address her sudden health breakdown since it made headlines.
There is no doubt The Real Housewives Of New Jersey fans cannot wait to see Teresa unravel what she has in store, even though she won't be at full capacity.
