Warning! Spoilers ahead for X Deaths of Wolverine #5
In the final issue of Marvel's X Deaths of Wolverine, the X-Men's Beast gives Logan a brand new motto that's as brutally honest as it is hardcore. Inspired by the typical catchphrase that Wolverine is "the best there is at what he does," Hank McCoy's Beast points out just how effective Wolverine is for the mutant nation of Krakoa. While the island nation's leaders may wish for diplomacy and peaceful resolutions, Wolverine and his claws are deployed to get things done and keep mutantkind safe more often than not.
In previous issues of X Deaths of Wolverine and the connected X Lives of Wolverine, Logan's mind was sent back in time into the bodies of his younger selves (just like in the Days of Future Past film). Dispatched to different points in his own timeline, Wolverine was tasked with keeping Charles Xavier safe from harm from Omega Red who was sent back in time as well by Russia to kill the professor, hoping to cripple Krakoa and mutantkind in the present. While Logan ultimately succeeded after several brutal battles all while struggling with some of the worst moments of his dark past, Logan has zero time to rest once he's back in his present body.
With the conclusion of the 5-issue X Lives series, Logan enters the fray in the concluding X Deaths of Wolverine #5 from Benjamin Percy and Federico Vicentini which has seen his "Snikt Family" of Wolverines fighting Logan himself from the future. While this final form known as the Omega Wolverine was attempting to prevent the events in the past that created his dark present, the Phalanx virus he was infected with took over, leaving the present-day Wolverine no choice but to kill his future self with the recently recovered Cerebro Sword (seemingly preventing the dark future the Omega Wolverine had come from). As a result, Beast makes a bold claim during all the victory drinking while also giving Wolverine a brand new motto, pointing out just how crucial Wolverine is to Krakoa beyond any form of peaceful tactics the nation might try to employ.
While Beast has become super dark and cynical in recent years, he's not wrong with this new catchphrase Logan could easily adopt. Although action, violence, and conflict are inherent to superhero comics, Krakoa will always be seen as a threat and will always be in danger. It's an entirely independent nation of powered mutants that sprung up in the world just as quickly as those same mutants later terraformed Mars (renaming it Arakko). Conflict and threats to its security come with the territory when moves that big are being made. As such, Wolverine's role is hugely crucial and Beast knows it: "Stabbing $#&% is what saves the world."
Likewise, Wolverine is well aware of just how important his role is to the X-Men and how far he's willing to go to keep his loved ones protected. As he says earlier in this final issue while protecting his family: "Keeping Xavier alive...keeping Krakoa alive...keeps them alive. I'll eat all the pain in world history for that." Logan also knows just as Beast does that the danger won't ever stop coming which he's prepared to face head-on with claws out. Thankfully, Krakoa has Wolverine to keep "stabbing $#&%" in the issues to come and hopefully long into the future.
