Screen Rant has the distinct honor of exclusively revealing the first close-up teaser image of the new Yoda™ Sixth Scale Figure by Sideshow. The latest figure is inspired by the character’s iconic appearance in fan-favorite Star Wars animated series, Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
With a decade passing between the end of the prequels and the start of the latest trilogy, which kicked off in 2015 with The Force Awakens, it's no wonder fans of George Lucas' galaxy far away were clamoring for new material to consume. Thankfully, The Clone Wars came to fill the void, making history as the first weekly TV series from Lucasfilm Animation. Now, the series has grown so beloved that characters who first appeared in it are now making their way to live-action Star Wars series.
One notable example is Anakin's padawan Ahsoka Tano, who has since been part of two hit Disney+ series: The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett. She will soon headline her own series, and Sideshow recently unveiled a Premium Format Figure based on Rosario Dawson's interpretation of her in the show. It is expected to ship between November 2022 and February 2023 and will make a perfect addition to any Star Wars lover's collection, much like the new Yoda figure.
Of course, Yoda has been an integral part of Star Wars canon since he first met Luke in 1980's The Empire Strikes Back. He also played a small but pivotal role in the fourth and final arc of The Clone Wars' sixth season, which took place during his time as Grand Master of the Jedi Order. His posable Sideshow figure is rich with the emotion of the character's animated version, equipped with his light saber for when he is called on to fight and command troops in the Republic's war effort against the Separatists.

Other notable, related characters in Sideshow’s Clone Wars Sixth Scale Figure line-up include Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, Ahsoka Tano from the companion animated series Star Wars Rebels, and more.
