Borussia Dortmund chief admits Erling Haaland WILL quit in summer transfer window if mega-rich Man City come knocking
ERLING HAALAND will leave Borussia Dortmund this summer if a significant offer is made, according to the club’s CEO.
Haaland is one of the most sought after strikers in Europe.
He has been on top form this season and has been involved in 29 goals in just 23 appearances.
Manchester City are leading the transfer race for the superstar, with Real Madrid and Barcelona also interested in a potential move.
The Sky Blues are “very optimistic” about striking a deal with the German side for Haaland, and are expected to pay around £100million.
Borussia Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke has admitted that the club will not be able to keep him if a big money offer is made.

When speaking to German outlet BILD as per Fabrizio Romano, he said: “Erling Haaland? We know still nothing from player side.
“But we know that we won’t be able to keep up financially if Manchester City comes.
“It already happened with Lewandowski to Bayern and Aubameyang to Arsenal.”
He also revealed that Dortmund are already looking for a replacement, adding: “When Haaland leaves, we will again find a new talent and develop it into a superstar.”

The 21-year-old recently fuelled rumours suggesting that he was on his way to Manchester by admitting that he is keen to play under Pep Guardiola.
His father – former City midfielder Alf Inge – is also believed to favour a move to the Etihad.
