It's obvious that the characters in the CW's The 100 series go through a lot during the years chronicled in their story. They survive a crumbling space station, a radiation-soaked planet, a journey through space to a new planet, and even civil wars amongst the remnants of humanity in the universe. Despite their seemingly inhuman ability to survive the impossible, not all of them would have what it takes to survive the rounds of Squid Game.
The main characters of The 100 excel when they work together. While aspects of Squid Game call for alliances to be made, those alliances have to be broken and betrayed for someone to "win" the game. That would be difficult for most of The 100, who are used to fighting to win for all of humanity, not themselves.
The son of Monty and Harper, Jordan spends most of his life alone without anyone else his age until his parents' friends are awoken from cryo-sleep. He doesn't grow up playing the children's games Squid Game adapts, and he's not exactly a fighter known for his physicality.
Jordan is very smart though, so he would catch onto the rules of the different games quickly. It's just a matter of how far he would get in the games at all. He's definitely more willing to trust others, which could be his downfall as he would find himself betrayed by those who want to win, and it's likely he wouldn't last more than halfway into the competition.
Emori is a survivor. She's someone who cons her way into Murphy's life before they become one The 100's most iconic couples. She knows how to lie and make people like her, but she's also a pretty adept fighter. Emori is incredibly smart, so she would definitely understand how to play the games involved with minimal instruction.
However, Emori is also the type of person who can rally others around her. She steps into the role of a royal leader fairly easily. If she decided to rally those who were disadvantaged in the game, as she does with the children on Sanctum, she would be stuck in a position that could leave her at a disadvantage herself. Emori might also end up being a target depending on how outspoken she is against the games themselves. Either option means she wouldn't last long enough to win.
Miller doesn't start out the series as a soldier, but he quickly becomes one when he's given a more powerful leader to follow. Miller places his loyalty in Clarke, in Bellamy, and in Octavia at different points in the series, doing exactly as they say to help keep others alive.
His tendency to follow orders would make him a natural member of team-ups, and a strong "Tug-of-War" participant as well. It's the "Glass Hopscotch" that would likely bring his time in the competition to an end. He would want to follow someone else's lead instead of making his own decisions about the glass panels, and that might not work out for him.
Whether or not Bellamy Blake could win Squid Game very much depends on which version of Bellamy is being discussed. The Bellamy in the first few seasons of The 100 could do it. Smart, a strong fighter, a strong leader, and someone who is always determined to survive, he wouldn't have a problem.
The Bellamy in the final season of the series, however, is a completely different character. A pacifist who has placed his faith in someone else, that version of Bellamy wouldn't be willing to betray an ally he just made and wouldn't fight to the death in the final round.
There's no question that Indra is a strong warrior, a strong leader, and a very smart woman. She demonstrates that over and over as she trains her own daughter and Octavia to become fighters, and becomes an ally to Clarke. Indra knows how to adapt to survive.
Indra is also the kind of person, however, who is going to sacrifice herself for the good of her people. More than once, she puts herself in the line of fire, and almost loses her life. She would likely end up doing the same if a brawl, like the one in the Squid Game series, broke out in the dorms, protecting her allies from more dangerous competitors.
Like Indra, Echo is an incredible fighter. Physical challenges wouldn't be difficult for her to work through. It's the more social aspect of Squid Game that would be hard for her.
For much of her early time in the series, Echo is constantly derided for being a spy because that's what she's raised to do. She is good at infiltrating groups and finding out the weaknesses of others. She'd be great at bonding with other competitors initially, but once they realized that she used what she knew against them, she would be targeted, just as she was cast out by many of the Grounders.
Raven Reyes isn't a trained warrior, and though that would help with the more physical tasks, it's not a necessity in Squid Game. Of course, Raven has another advantage in that she's got the mind of an engineer. She can see how things work, understands technology, and is incredibly analytical. That would all aid her in observing how the games were structured and just how to compete.
Raven is also a survivor, though she might not always think of herself that way. Even when she hates it, she's willing to do whatever it takes to survive. That's why she would likely make it nearly to the end. What would determine whether or not she could win would be her opponent in the final round and whether she is physically capable of besting them.
Sometimes with derision and sometimes with affection, Raven often calls Murphy a cockroach because of his ability to get out of just about any situation mostly unscathed. Like Emori, he's an accomplished liar and con artist, able to manipulate people to get what he wants. He's also not the best fighter, but he's capable of taking a lot of hits and staying standing, something that could help him outlast an opponent as he wore them down.
Beyond that, Murphy is also smarter than he appears to most of the people he meets, so he would likely see a lot of the twists in the game rounds coming. Murphy wouldn't be someone surprised by the "Marbles" reveal.
Clarke is one of the few characters who has everything she needs to win Squid Game. She might not have an engineer's mind like Raven, but she's observant enough to figure out her best moves ahead of everyone else around her. Like Emori, she's personable enough to gain allies to help her in the dorms and in rounds like "Tug of War."
Clarke is also someone who, as much as it might hurt her, can turn on her allies to make sure she survives, which she does repeatedly. When uniting different groups fails, she makes new alliances with her enemies. When a friend puts her in danger, she shoots them. Clarke Griffin fights tooth and nail to survive, and she would likely win Squid Game.
By the end of The 100, Octavia is tired of fighting to survive. She lays her weapons down and encourages all that remains of humanity to do the same. That doesn't mean she wouldn't be able to best everyone else left of humanity in Squid Game, though.
Octavia is a bit more impulsive than someone like Clarke, but that would actually serve her well in the game rounds, as she would keep moving and force herself to just get through each round. She would even be smart enough to stay under the radar the first few rounds, not making herself stand out to other competitors and ending up with a target on her back. Even if Clarke and Octavia were placed in Squid Game together, the latter would come out on top, and then, she would find a way to burn the whole thing to the ground to get justice for those who didn't make it to the end.
