‘Violent’ unprovoked attack at bar left man with life-changing injuries

A manhunt is underway after a victim of an unprovoked attack at a bar was left with permanent injuries.

The City of London police has released some CCTV images of some men they are looking for in connection with a ‘violent’ incident.

Officers were called to Juno Rooms in Watling Street, near Mansion House, just after 11pm on Friday, December 10.

There were reports of a number of men attacking another man, which left the victim with life-changing injuries.

Detectives are now looking to speak to anybody who recognises the people in the pictures, or who might have any more information about what happened which may help.

Detective constable Ufuk Ekbic, from the City of London Police, said: ‘This was a violent and cowardly attack which has left the victim with permanent and life-changing injuries.

‘We are conducting a thorough investigation and are asking for the public’s help to identify those who were involved and help us to continue to make the City of London a safe place.’
