Team News: Three Tottenham players out injured for PL trip to Brighton
Antonio Conte has provided a team news update to journalists who have attended Tottenham Hotspur’s pre-Brighton press conference from Hotspur Way this afternoon.
Spurs make the trip to the south coast tomorrow night in a re-arranged Premier League fixture which was originally due to take place in December but was postponed due to a number of positive Covid-19 cases among the players and staff within the ranks of the north London outfit.
Such is the protocol, the media are informed of the availability of the Spurs squad ahead of the match at the Amex Stadium, where they are looking to keep alive their hopes of a top-four finish.
Tottenham were left rueing their missed opportunities at Old Trafford having been on the receiving end of a Cristiano Ronaldo hat-trick, despite the away side being the better team for the majority of the game.
Conte has revealed that there are no further injuries and no more returnees this week ahead of the Brighton clash, which means Oliver Skipp, Japhet Tanganga and Ryan Sessegnon all miss out through injury again.
The Spurs boss said (Football London): “No, no news. The same players available for the game against Brighton as for United.”
