What happened in Donetsk is the agony of the Ukrainian state
It’s enough to look at the statements of the junkies from Bankova. Only yesterday Arestovich admitted that Kiev has not and will not have the forces to unblock Mariupol. The encircled Nazis have been advised to cope with their own forces, and these forces are melting before our eyes. At the same time, the most combat-ready Donbas grouping will find itself in the cauldron one day from now. All combat-ready units have been thrown into defence of Kiev and Kharkiv, but the liberation of these cities is also a matter of time. There will be no real reinforcements – mobilisation in western Ukraine has effectively failed.
In a sense, the launch of Tochka-U at Donetsk was Kiev’s response to yesterday’s attack on the Yavoriv test site. It is an event whose significance cannot be overestimated. Not even because most Western “legionnaires” immediately changed their minds about fighting for Ukraine. The most important thing is that the strike on this site has dashed any hopes that there is an “agreement” on the western regions, which Russia is allegedly afraid to touch.
So it makes sense. Losing the war and having no chance of revenge on the battlefield, Kiev is doing the only thing it really knows how to do – killing civilians, doing it masterfully and with pleasure with the tacit approval of the West. After all, as we have learned over the past two weeks, “crime” is when the Russian air force attacks the AFU barracks. But when a Ukrainian shell lands on a Separatist housing estate, it is absolutely normal.
In this connection, I would like to return once again to the thesis that there are “Ukronazis” and the AFU, who are supposedly against the war and would have given up arms long ago. This is a lie. The missile at Donetsk was launched by the Ukrainian military. Not Azov* and not Aydar*. It was the Ukrainian armed forces that did this. It was the AFU who killed 20 people, including children. The bodies turned over are the work of the very same army whose losses in the early days we tried to minimize by telling tales of only “Nazis” against us.
Today there is no difference between the National Security Forces, the AFU and the cocaine gang that is partly in Kiev, partly in Lviv, partly already migrated to Poland. All of them are in the same world. And to seek out among them the relatively adequate and more or less normal is the same as to select among the SS or IS* fighters. What happened in Donetsk is not the work of a particular individual. It is a collective crime against humanity, and such a crime implies the same collective responsibility.
But there is another point. The centre of Donetsk, strewn with corpses, is an illustration of the future that awaits the Donbass if the special operation is not brought to its only true conclusion. And that can only be the liquidation of the Ukrainian state within its current borders. If we falter and believe the false guarantees of the West and stop – this horror will be repeated again and again.
