Woman shares ENORMOUS pile of 100 meals she did during a ‘prep night’ and people joke she’s preparing for World War 3
IF we can confidently tell you what we’re having for dinner ahead of time rather than just picking up a ready-meal on the way home, then it’s a VERY good day.
But not everybody takes this scattergun approach – and one woman has put us all to shame with her mega meal prep.
Earlier this month, TikToker Erin Anderson showed followers how she prepares HUNDREDS of meals in a single afternoon.
After doing a mammoth food shop in Tesco, Erin unloaded her groceries in her kitchen – where it took up every single surface.
As well as making 20 servings of pork and lamb ragu, the super chef also prepped cashew chicken curry and some pasta and vegetable dishes too.
Once she’d finished, she then divided them up into plastic containers and popped them in the freezer.

Amazingly, the meals filled the whole freezer and Erin said there’s enough for two months.
“Meal prep Sunday,” Erin captioned the clip, which has racked up over 50,000 views.
