UFC legend Michael Bisping claimed Conor McGregor’s ‘best days are long gone’ – but could still knock out champion Charles Oliveira.
McGregor is without a win in two years and currently has three losses in his last four fights.
And the Irishman has not held UFC gold since 2018 – but never once defended either the featherweight or lightweight belt.
Despite the losing form, he has teased a title shot upon his impending return to the octagon this year.
And former middleweight champ Bisping, 43, believes current title holder Oliveira, 32, is a beatable opponent for McGregor, 33.
He said on Joe Rogan’s podcast: “The reality is, Conor’s best days are long gone, probably. You can’t stay at the top forever.
“I’ll tell you this, if there’s a person that you’d put him against in the top five to beat, it would be Charles Oliveira.
“Charles is hittable and Conor can still f***ing hit. He’s fast and Charles is hittable.

“I’m just saying, there’s a potential that Conor comes back, beats Charles Oliveira and becomes champion again.
“That is — I don’t think I can deal with the world if that happens. Oh my god.
“But it might happen. He’s still got that left hand, he’s still got power and speed.”
McGregor was last year forced to undergo surgery after breaking his tibia in July against Dustin Poirier, 33.
He has been steadily progressing while rehabilitating and insisted the setback will be just a minor bump in his storied road.
McGregor posted on Instagram: “Day 3 back boxing without issue!
“Soon this injury will be a distant memory on my Martial Arts journey.
“No one has a road without bumps – but winning is about a positive attitude and determination and hard work.
“I am back and only getting better.”
