TEDDY SHERINGHAM has brutally slammed the Manchester Untied hierarchy.
The Champions League winner appeared on Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football and pointed out the problems at United – from players not putting in effort to others missing out despite supposedly being fit, such as Cristiano Ronaldo.

He said: “When you’re playing for a manager that some people are thinking ‘he won’t be here at the end of the season I don’t have to try my hardest, he’ll be gone, I’ll work for the next manager’.
“There’s vibes like that you can see all over the pitch. Players are getting left out, is he injured, is he not?
“There are just problems at the club and that comes from the leadership in the football club.
“When you look at United, they had an interim manager (Ole Gunnar Solskjaer), they sacked him, they get another interim manager in, what is going on at this top football club.
“And that filters down. If you get someone who is there for the long stay and the desire to make them better, everyone can follow with you.

“But when it’s not it makes it hard for everyone to follow in that same way because it’s going to change at the end of the season again.”
The issue of an interim manager also sparked a debate amongst the Sky Sports pundits after the Manchester derby.
After the match Gary Neville stated Rangnick would not be in charge next season so Micah Richards questioned why he was appointed, suggesting Antonio Conte would have been a better option.
Rangnick is also reported to have caused problems with his team selection, with one United star allegedly labelling a team-mate as a teacher’s pet because he is consistently picked.
