Real Irish Comedy Tour — accents and all — headed to Bay Area
Get ready for an evening of hilarious Irish humor and storytelling when the Real Irish Comedy Tour and Festival returns to the Bay Area this month after a couple of pandemic years off.
The tour is the brainstorm of David Nihill, a Dublin (as in Ireland) native who became the first Irish person to win the San Francisco Comedy Competition with his take on how “woke” his homeland has become.
Nihill is joining 11 other comedians — billed as the “voices of modern Ireland, accents included” — who are performing across the country through March. The Northern California leg, featuring Nihill, Sean Finnerty and Martin Angolo, will hit nine cities March 9-18.
